The Hazardous Material and Explosives Control Unit has the responsibility for response to and investigation of all chemical emergencies occurring within Louisiana. This unit also regulates the explosives industry.

*UPDATE: Photos for the explosive license are being taken again at Troop I on the third Tuesday of each month.
