| Description: | Individuals or companies with a valid medical reason(s) can
obtain, in the form of an affidavit, a window tint exemption from the
Department of Public Safety and Corrections for permitted vehicles. |
| Prerequisites: | Valid medical needs for added protection from the sun, allergies, and/or other sun related medical reasons verifiable by the American Medical Association Journal. Louisiana residents only may
apply. Vehicle(s) to be permitted must be properly licensed and insured
in accordance with applicable law. |
