Troop E - Rosepine Elementary

On May 13, 2005, TFC Covington, TPR Bill Moore and "Buckles" the Bear traveled to Rosepine Elementary in Vernon Parish and spent the day teaching Kindergarten through Third grade about seatbelt, bicycle and school bus safety. Over 500 students heard the "Buckles" safety message. Pictured above, TPR Moore and Buckles go over some of the proper bicycle signals. |
