Troop E - Natchitoches Christmas Festival of Lights

Troopers prepare for the 78th Annual Natchitoches Christmas Festival of Lights. The Mobile Field Force, directed by Lt. Kilpatrick from Troop E, provides support for the festival, along with several other law enforcement agencies.
