Law enforcement agencies throughout America are experiencing the critical issue of how to succeed with the new generation officer.  How will we manage this changing culture?  What will it take to motivate this new work ethic?  How will we retain officers in a new culture?  What is the future of the hiring, employing and retaining process?   Generation “X” is more than a phase -- it has become a lifestyle.  It is more than an idea -- it is an ideal.  The changing philosophy within our culture is setting the stage for a stormy future for police agencies in the areas of hiring, managing and retaining the new recruit.  This course will give you insight into the culture as well as practical strategies for addressing this growing issue.
