Class Dates:	Two class dates: March 12-16, 2012 and June 4-8, 2012
Location:	Louisiana State Police Joint Emergency Services Training Center (JESTC) 1400 W. Irene Road Zachary, LA 70791
Training Hours:	8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Equipment:	All training equipment will be provided
Course Fees:	Free for Local, State, and Federal First Responders $700 for Industrial / private first responders
Payment:	Please send your check made payable to: Donald J. Thibodeaux Training Academy 1400 W. Irene Rd Zachary, La. 70791
On-Site Lodging:	Lodging is $45 per night for double occupancy or $70 per night single occupancy. The grant covers double occupancy. Confirmation:	You will receive a confirmation letter once your registration has been processed. LSP/DPS Personnel are required to submit an application online. Submitting the application confirms your position in the class. LSP/DPS Personnel are also required to complete a Training & Travel Application and receive approval through their chain of command.
