40 Hour SFST/Intoxilyzer OPerator Course

Class Dates:	April 23-27, 2012
Location:	LSP Training Academy 7901 Independence Blvd. Baton Rouge, La. 70806
Class Size:	Maximum 25 students per class
Training Hours:	8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes one hour for lunch)
Course Fees:	Tuition is free.
Course Requirements:	A FULL TIME employee of a Louisiana Law Enforcement Agency who needs both SFST and Intoxilyzer 5000 training. Only students in need of both classes will be accepted.. At least 18 years of age. Resident of the State of Louisiana at the time of application. A graduate of a state accredited high school, possess a G.E.D., or equivalent educational background. A copy of your high school or an equivalency diploma must be submitted on first day of training. Student should be dressed in proper attire. NO T-SHIRTS AND CUT OFF JEANS.
