16 Hour Intoxilyzer 5000 Operator Course - Bossier City

Class Dates:	February 27 - 28, 2012 (class is full) February 29 - March 1, 2012 (class is full)
Location:	Bossier City Fire and Police Training Center 5850 Shed Rd Bossier City,LA 71111
Class Size:	Maximum 25 students per class
Training Hours:	8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes one hour for lunch)
Course Fees:	Tuition is free. This course is funded by the Applied Technology Testing, Training and Maintenance Fund.
Course Requirements:	A FULL TIME employee of a Louisiana Law Enforcement Agency or a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. At least 18 years of age. Resident of the State of Louisiana at the time of application. A graduate of a state accredited high school, possess a G.E.D., or equivalent educational background. A copy of your high school or an equivalency diploma must be submitted on first day of training. Student should be dressed in proper attire. NO T-SHIRTS AND CUT OFF JEANS.
