The Concealed Handgun Permit online application portal can be accessed at:   CHP.LA.GOV  (Users who registered an account prior to November 2023 will need to re-register as a new user)

NOTE:  Fingerprint cards from other agencies will no longer be accepted after May 1, 2024 for Concealed Hangun Permits only. This does not apply to Special Officer Commissions.                     See  "Application" link for CHP fingerprinting instructions.
